2. Who we are
Flexity Site, LLC operates Flexity. For any privacy question, contact .
3. What data we collect
3.1 Data created when you use Flexity
- Wallet address. When you connect a wallet, we use your public wallet address as your account identifier. Wallet addresses are public on the blockchain.
- Authentication tokens. After you sign a login message, we issue session tokens (JWT) stored in secure,
httpOnlycookies to keep you signed in. They contain your user ID, wallet address, and subscription tier. - Subscription & billing status. For paid plans we store your plan (Free / Pro / Ultimate), status, current period end date, and the payment provider’s payment/order identifier.
- Preferences. Some settings (bookmarks, last-viewed wallet) are stored locally in your browser and are not sent to our servers.
3.2 Data collected automatically
- Usage data — which features you use and how often (e.g. number of AI analyses requested) — used to enforce plan limits and improve the product.
- Technical data — IP address, browser/device type, and timestamps, processed by our hosting/infrastructure providers for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
- Cookies — we use essential cookies (authentication/session) and keep non-essential analytics to a minimum.
3.3 Payment data
Paid subscriptions are processed by NOWPayments. Payments are made in cryptocurrency directly on-chain. We receive from the provider only what we need to grant access: a payment confirmation, the payment status, and a payment/order identifier. We do not collect or store card numbers, bank accounts, or private keys. The provider’s own privacy policy governs its processing of your data.
3.4 Public blockchain & market data
Flexity reads public data from Polymarket and public blockchains (markets, prices, order books, trades, holder positions, leaderboards, wallet PnL). This data is already public on-chain and via Polymarket’s public APIs.
3.5 What we do NOT collect
- No real name, email, or phone number is required to use the core product.
- No government-issued ID. No payment card or bank credentials.
- We never ask for your wallet’s seed phrase or private keys — and you should never share them with anyone.
4. How we use your data
To provide and secure the service and keep you signed in; enforce plan entitlements and limits (e.g. Free = 2 AI analyses/day; daily caps on paid plans); process and recognise your subscription payments; prevent fraud and abuse; analyse and improve features; and comply with legal obligations. Legal bases (GDPR/UK GDPR), where applicable: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests, consent (non-essential cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.
5. AI processing
Flexity’s AI features analyse market data (news, prices, order flow, public on-chain activity) to produce scores and written analyses. To generate these, relevant market data is sent to our AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic). We do not send your personal account data, wallet authentication, or payment details to these providers. AI outputs are probabilistic, may be inaccurate, and are not financial advice.
6. Sharing & sub-processors
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us run Flexity:
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Database, authentication, realtime | Account / usage / subscription records |
| Vercel, Hetzner | Hosting / CDN / AI engine | Technical / request data |
| NOWPayments | Crypto payment processing | Payment & subscription status |
| OpenAI, Anthropic | AI analysis generation | Market data (not personal account data) |
| Polymarket public APIs | Source of public market data | Public market / on-chain data |
We may also disclose data if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Flexity and its users.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States and the EU. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).
8. Cookies
Essential cookies keep you signed in (terminal-access-token, terminal-refresh-token) and are required for the service to function. Non-essential cookies/analytics, if any, are used only with your consent where the law requires it.
9. Data retention
We keep account, subscription, and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution needs, after which we delete or anonymise it. Browser-local data stays on your device until you clear it.
10. Security
We use industry practices including database row-level security (RLS), encrypted secrets, httpOnly session cookies, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; you are responsible for your wallet and device security.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live (e.g. EEA/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Because accounts are wallet-based and pseudonymous, we may ask you to prove control of the wallet (by signing a message) before acting on a request. Contact . We do not sell or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
12. Children
Flexity is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, additional notice in the product.
